Design Philosophy

A "Live–Work–Play" Urban Model

The overarching design framework is centred on creating a self-sustained, transit-linked urban node that harmoniously integrates mixed-use typologies with sustainability and resilience in design and infrastructure.

The architectural language adopts a contemporary aesthetic infused with vernacular and cultural elements reflective of Papua New Guinean identity, while the public realm strategy prioritises open, green spaces and layered communal zones to foster social engagement.
