Who We Are
Togole Investment Corporation Limited (TICL) is a diversified investment management company headquartered in Kokopo, East New Britain Province, Papua New Guinea. Founded in 2018, TICL was established with a clear mandate: to build a world-class, 100% indigenous investment platform that creates long-term, sustainable value for Papua New Guineans.
TICL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Togole ToWaragat Group (TTG), the parent company overseeing all TTG subsidiaries. Under the leadership of Chairman and CEO Joe Peiti Atomu, TICL has grown from a holding company into an active developer and operator of strategic assets across PNG's most critical economic sectors.
Our flagship project — the Jackson's Airport City Development — represents the most significant commercial real estate investment in PNG's history, with a total project value of PGK 4 billion. This landmark development exemplifies TICL's commitment to transformative, nation-building investment.
